Facility Assessment

We conduct a comprehensive assessment of your facility, examining all key components, including interior and exterior lighting, electrical outlets, windows, doors, ceiling structure, flooring, insulation, HVAC systems, thermostats, meters, exterior signage, timers, office equipment, manufacturing equipment, water heaters, and more. Once the evaluation is complete, we will provide a detailed report of our findings, organized by each area of your facility, along with cost-effective strategies to reduce energy consumption and expenses.

Utility Bill Analysis

We conduct a comprehensive analysis of your electric and natural gas usage over the past 24 months, comparing your consumption to similar businesses and adjusting for weather conditions during that period. We verify the accuracy of all distribution and tax fees and identify any anomalies in usage or charges. Upon completion, we will provide a detailed report of our findings along with actionable recommendations for improvement.

Energy Procurement

We will create and submit a Request for Pricing (RFP) on your behalf to a minimum of 8 and up to 20 third-party energy suppliers. This extensive outreach ensures that no options are overlooked, maximizing potential savings. Additionally, we conduct a comprehensive 3-year market analysis to assess current and future market conditions. Our findings, along with our recommendations on the optimal term, supplier, and rate for the best savings and lowest risk, will be presented to you.
